A 60-second reply on every enquiry
Every quote form submission gets an SMS back in under a minute, at any hour, including evenings and weekends. It buys you the time to call properly instead of losing the job to whoever was quicker.
Week 1
Lead response for roofing and solar
Someone fills in your quote form at seven in the evening. Right now that sits until the morning. We make it get an answer in under sixty seconds, then tell whoever handles quotes to ring them back.
For roofing, solar and home-improvement contractors who take enquiries through a form on their own site.
What you get
01
Every quote form submission gets an SMS back in under a minute, at any hour, including evenings and weekends. It buys you the time to call properly instead of losing the job to whoever was quicker.
Week 1
02
A missed call is a lead you have already paid for. When one comes in and nobody picks up, the caller gets a text straight away rather than deciding you are shut.
Week 1
03
The alert goes to whoever actually chases quotes, with the name, the number and what they asked about. No dashboard to check and no new inbox to remember.
Week 1
04
If the enquiry goes quiet, the system follows up a couple of days later instead of letting it go cold. It stops the moment they reply.
Week 2
The method
It is a short job and it is not mysterious. Here is the whole thing, in order, including the parts that need something from you.
Most contractors have more than one front door: the quote form, a contact form nobody remembers, the phone, sometimes a Facebook message. We map them before changing anything.
A call, about twenty minutes.
We hook into your existing form and phone number. Your site does not get rebuilt, your number does not change, and nothing about how you already work has to move.
No new website, no new number.
The automatic SMS is written to sound like your firm and to say something useful — that you have got it, and when a human will call. You approve the wording before it sends to anyone.
Nothing goes out without your sign-off.
The point of answering in sixty seconds is to buy the call, not replace it. The alert names who should ring back, so the job does not stall waiting for someone to notice.
The SMS opens the door. You still close.
People fill in three or four forms in an evening and forget. A short follow-up a couple of days later catches the ones who meant to reply and did not. It stops the moment they answer.
Stops immediately on any reply.
One report a week: enquiries in, how fast each was answered, which ones turned into a call back. Response time is the number we are actually moving, so it is the number you see.
One email. No dashboard to log into.
Month one
Week 1
Short call to map where enquiries arrive. We connect to your form and your number, and write the first SMS for you to approve.
Week 2
It goes live on real enquiries. Follow-up is switched on. We watch the first days closely and adjust the wording based on how people actually reply.
Week 3
Missed-call capture added if your number is busy enough to warrant it. First weekly report, showing response times before and after.
Week 4
You decide whether it stays. That is what the free first month is for — you are judging it on your own enquiries, not on a case study.
This only helps if enquiries are actually reaching you and sitting too long. If your quote form gets two submissions a month, a faster reply will not fix that, and we will say so on the call rather than sell you something that cannot work.
Before you book
Price
First month free.
You run it on your own enquiries for a month before paying anything. No card up front and nothing to cancel if you decide it is not worth it.
After that it is a flat monthly fee, quoted on the call once we have seen how many enquiries you actually take. It depends on your volume, so putting a single number here would be a guess.
Book a call
We will ask how enquiries reach you now, roughly how many, and who rings them back. If a faster reply is not your problem, we will tell you on the call instead of sending a proposal.
